It is genuinely optional. You own the site outright, it is never a rental, and you can cancel anytime without losing a thing.
What the care plan covers
Cloudflare edge hosting
Your site lives on Cloudflare's global edge, so it loads quickly wherever a visitor opens it and stays online when traffic spikes. I handle the hosting, the certificate, and the deploys, so there is no separate hosting bill to manage and no panel for you to log into. If you ever leave, the site is static and portable, and I hand it over so you can host it anywhere you like.
Ongoing edits
Businesses change, and the site should keep up. Send me the new hours, a price that moved, a service you have added, a photo you want swapped, and I make the change for you. No queue of tickets and no waiting weeks for a small fix. The edits are how the plan earns its keep month to month, and they are the part most owners use the most.
SEO upkeep
The search foundations I build in are worth keeping in order. I watch that your pages stay indexed, your structured data stays valid, your sitemap stays current, and nothing quietly breaks the way Google reads the site. This is maintenance of what is already there, not a promise of new rankings, and I will always tell you plainly which is which.
Uptime monitoring
I keep an automated watch on the site so I usually know it is down before you would, and I am the one who fixes it. You do not have to notice an outage, report it, or chase anyone about it. The point of the plan is that the site staying up stops being your problem and becomes mine.

Is a care plan required after you build my site?
No. The care plan is entirely optional, and plenty of owners take their finished site and run it themselves. The site I build is yours outright, it is static and portable, and I will hand over everything you need to host and maintain it on your own or with anyone else. The plan exists for owners who would simply rather not think about hosting, edits, and upkeep, not as a string attached to the build.
What's included for $99–299 a month?
Four things: Cloudflare edge hosting, ongoing edits to your content, SEO upkeep to keep your search foundations in order, and uptime monitoring so I catch and fix problems before you would. Where you land in the $99–299 range depends on how much your site changes and how much edit work you tend to need month to month. The price is fixed and shown up front, with no setup fee and no retainer you cannot cancel.
Can I cancel, and do I keep the site?
Yes on both, and this is the important part: you can cancel anytime, and cancelling never takes the site with it. You own it outright, so when a plan ends I hand over the site and everything needed to host it elsewhere, and it keeps working. The plan covers hosting, edits, and upkeep while you want them, and stopping it is just stopping a service, not giving anything back.
