This software is licensed, not sold. Access is provided via one of two pathways, each with its own authoritative terms document.
1. Engagement-tier access (Tier 1 Sprint, Tier 2 Sprint, Tier 4 Retainer)
Your license terms are set out in the Engagement Agreement you signed at the start of your engagement. The Engagement Agreement (DocuSeal-signed) is the authoritative source for:
- Scope of permitted use
- Restrictions on redistribution and disclosure
- Term and termination
- Warranties and limitations of liability
- Governing law
2. Purchase-tier access ($79 standard, $49 limited-time early-adopter)
Your license terms are set out in the Clayworks bundle Purchase Terms. That document is the authoritative source for the purchase-tier specifics: pricing, scope of use, restrictions, refund window, support entitlement, update entitlement, termination, and governing law.
No implied license
If you do not have either an active Engagement Agreement covering this software or a completed purchase under the published purchase tiers, you do not have a license to use it. Contact clay@clayboicardi.com for purchase or engagement information.
No grant of license is implied by access to this repository. Access may be provided as part of an active engagement or completed purchase and revoked when entitlement ends.

This page is a pointer, not the license itself. For engagement-tier customers, the executed Engagement Agreement controls in any conflict with this page. For purchase-tier customers, the Purchase Terms control in any conflict with this page.
